Classes are for ALL fitness levels. Anyone can attend! No matter your age, your size, your fitness level, you will get an incredible workout!
Classes are designed so that you can work at your own pace. Workouts will include body weight exercises, kick boxing, heavy bags, kettle bells, Lebert Equalizers, and LOTS more! Just remember "You get what you give!" The more you put into your workout, the more you will get out of it. The harder you push yourself, the more you will get out of it. Ultimately your workout will depend on you!
I believe that "variety is the spice of life" as is variety in your workouts! Classes are different every day! You won't get bored with the same old routine every time you come. You will never know what to expect but you will always leave feeling energized and grateful you came!

Ass & Abs
Everyone wants a tight, toned tush and rock hard abs. In our 60 minute strength based Ass & Abs class we focus on the gluteus and the abdominals. You can condition, strengthen and tone these big muscle groups all while having fun in a friendly group atmosphere.
Be prepared to use various types of resistance equipment, including weights, bands, body bars and body weight to increase the intensity and fun of working the lower body muscle groups as well as the abdominals and lower back.

Body Blitz 30
Our latest creation! A 30 minute HIGH intensity full body blitz focussing on using big muscle groups for maximum calorie burn. Clients are burning up to 600 calories in just 60 minutes. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, you CAN do this class! The only thing we ask is that you give it YOUR all for 30 minutes.
You never know what to expect, but you can always expect a great workout! We integrate body weight exercises, Lebert Equalizers and Buddy Systems, free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands and so much more into these classes. We want to get your body moving in all kinds of ways, using all of our resources. You will never do the same class twice.
We punch and kick our stresses away using 60 - 90 lb heavy bags. Even these classes are full of variety! Sometimes it may be a circuit, sometimes we may incorporate floor bags, throw some resistance training in, etc. This is one of our most popular classes. MMA/grappling/boxing gloves are required for this class.
Insanity is for People willing to work hard, drip sweat, and ignore the voice that says, "this is too hard." Insanity is for finding out what you are really made of and pushing your limits.
Insanity does allow for modifications, (like taking out plyometrics and/or going to knees in plank/push-ups). However, there is no replacing one move for something completely different. Unfortunately, people with shoulder and knee injuries should not attend this particular class.
P90X LIVE is a full-body, strength-training format, featuring four unique blocks of work: Cardio X, Lower Strength, Upper Strength and X Core. The program is offered in 60-minute session and incorporates a new "protocol based" approach to full body training.
P90X LIVE is suitable for all fitness levels, fully modifiable for beginners, deconditioned populations and those with specific needs. The class offers all fitness levels a truly results-driven method that yields consistent improvement over time. As modifiable and scalable as it may be, P90X Live will still challenge even the most ardent athletes through a high-intensity, multi-faceted resistance and functional training regimen.
PiYo is a Pilates-yoga class created by BeachBody. PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.
PiYo is suitable for all fitness levels. We recommend trying this class several times to feel the full benefits.
Rep It Out
This 45 minute weight training class focuses on reps, reps, and more reps! Reps of all different tempos are used to maximize your 45 minutes for maximum calorie burn and lean muscle development. Your working weight will vary between 3 lbs up to 35 lbs. Classes often are a full body workout, but every once in awhile you may get hit with a Booty Building Class or a Double A Class (Arms & Abs) or whatever else our creative minds come up with.
Part of overall health and fitness is keeping your body flexible and stretching and lengthening your muscles. Stretching is imperative to your fitness regime. We recommend that you balance out your weekly workouts by attending our Friday evening Restorative Stretch with Jess. Not only good for the body, but good for the mind and soul.
This class combines cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes. You will get lean and toned and have a blast doing it. It is high-intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting. We can modify for you, no matter your current fitness level. Come try it out! We bet you get addicted to the Turbo high!
Wave is a 30 minute full body workout designed by Coach Zack. Using increasing and decrasing set times to make sure the intensity of the workout stays at a maximum. It may or may not include weights. This class is is a lunch-time favorite.
This class is upbeat and high-energy as you workout to various dance moves each week. It's a class for everyone, no dance/rhythm required. Come out, have fun and leave it all on the dance floor. Who knew getting into shape could be so much fun!
