Do I have to attend the same day and time each week?

You have complete freedom to use your sessions any way you like - morning, daytime, evening, weekend. Whatever works best for your schedule and you can change it weekly if you need to. You do need to pre-register for sessions online though.  Sessions expire at the end of each month.

 

How long do I get to use up my sessions? Can I carry unused sessions into the next month?

Your sessions must be used within the calendar month. You can not carry unused sessions over into the next  month. 

 

What happens if I miss classes due to illness or vacation?

Because I offer so much flexibility in scheduling, you are welcome to make up any missed sessions during the current month. Under no circumstances are sessions carried over.

 

Can I request a refund under any circumstance?

Unfortuantely, refunds are not provided. However you are welcome to sell your classes to a new client and have them transferred over to their name.  If there is a medical reason or some other valid reason why you can not continue after payment has been made, your membership may be "frozen" until you are ready to continue. This is decided on a case-by-case basis. Injuries/medical reasons need to have doctor's written information.

 

Remember, there are no long term contracts. If you joined any other gym you would be signing a contract and be locked in for a year. Once payment is made on your Readiness account, you are locked in for the month.

 

Do I need any special equipment or clothing?

You will need indoor runners, no outdoor shoes are permitted. Please remove your outdoor shoes as soon as you walk into the Studio.  Wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel and a water bottle (or 2) - it can get very hot!  You will also need a good pair of gloves for Cardio Kickboxing workouts.  Make sure your gloves have good padding in the knuckle area and are fingerless. 

 

What do you do during your sessions?

We start each session with a warm-up.  Sessions are different all the time! Variety is the spice of life! Workouts get boring very fast if you are doing the same thing all the time!  I will incorporate lots of different equipment such as Lebert Equalizers, medicine balls, heavy bags, focus mitts, resistance bands, kettlebells, agility ladders, and much more! On top of that, you can expect some good cardio work outs, lots of body weight exercises and so on! You will never know what to expect!

 

How long will it take me to lose my excess weight?

Well, that is a hard question to answer! You should expect to lose 1 - 2 lbs per week (more is always a bonus). However if you aren't working on eating healthy and are making bad food choices outside of class, you can expect your progress to be slower! You will get what you give!!! The harder you work in class, the more you will lose.  The better you eat and drink, the more you will lose! It all depends on YOUR level of commitment to YOURSELF! 

 

If I purchase One-on-Ones, when would they be and do they expire?

I try my very best to meet your requests for One-on-Ones. Right now, private training is only available during the week days as all other time slots are full.  Please contact me to check availability for One-on-Ones.  Your expiry date will depend on when you purchase your sessions and if there was an expiry date attached to a "special".

 

 

Do I have to sign a yearly contract?

Nope! Sessions run month to month, so you are never locked in for longer then the current month.

 

 

How do I pay for my sessions? Do I have to fill out any forms?

Email transfer is preferred, credit cards are accepted online or at the studio. Cash/cheque are accepted at the studio.  No debit available.

 

Yes, you will have to fill out a Client Information form and a Liability Waiver before your first session.

 

Are you a certified trainer?  Do you have First Aid/CPR?

All of our trainers are Certified & hold valid CPR & First Aid.
